Payment: The entire amount of the reservation will be charged at the moment of the reservation. The client authorized Clemente Ivan to charge the credit card or other payment method at the moment of the reservations. Any kind of claim on the charge is not allowed.
If payment is made by bank transfer, the booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment, which must be made no later than 5 days after booking.
Cancellation - reservations with standard rates - the amount will be refundable without any penalty if it is canceled within 15 days from the date of the beginning of the stay. The customer must send an email to the address [email protected] indicating his / her intention to cancel the reservation and indicating the contract reference and the number of the bank account where the amounts paid can be credited.
Cancellation - reservations with non-refundable rate -: the entire amount of the reservation will not be refunded for any reason in case of cancellation.
